Ledisi, born in New Orleans and raised in Oakland, is a Grammy-winning singer who has carved out a prominent place in contemporary soul, jazz, and R&B with her distinctive voice. She has performed with legends such as Prince, Herbie Hancock, Robert Glasper, Stevie Wonder, and Chaka Khan, and won her first Grammy in 2021 for Anything For You in the category of Best Traditional R&B Performance—after an impressive total of 14 nominations. In addition to this, she has received countless other accolades, including the Soul Train Music Award and the NAACP Theatre Award.

A true powerhouse, Ledisi shines not only as a vocalist but also as an acclaimed actress, author, producer, and CEO of her own label. She is without doubt one of the most influential women in the industry today, and we are thrilled to present her to the Berlin audience in a one-of-a-kind special concert in collaboration with Club Gretchen.
