Keyboard and synth legend Matt Johnson comes to the Gretchen with his new solo album 'Warrior Princess'.

For the last 22 years Matt has been an integral part of UK funk phenomenon Jamiroquai, co-writing most of the band's output during that time. Additionally, he co-produced their latest album, 'Automaton’. As well as Jamiroquai, Matt has written and performed on many artist’s records including Dizzee Rascal, Duffy, Ashanti, Lizzo, Purple Disco Machine, Nolwenn Leroy, Lucky Daye, Newton Faulkner and many more.

For the last few years he has been touring the world with his fabulous 6 piece band. Now Matt is releasing his 2nd Solo album ‘Warrior Princess’, a gorgeous retro sounding record with many world class musical guests including Je Lorber, Cory Wong and Will Lee.

He has become legendary among keyboard players for his unique style. He also hosts a popular YouTube channel dedicated to all things keys.
